Saints Row The
Third isn’t your typical open-world shooter. While you can shoot down
helicopters and hijack cars like in Grand Theft Auto IV,
Saints Row The Third takes itself a little less seriously. But that doesn’t
make it any less fun. In fact, the outlandish characters, ridiculous storylines,
and large array of weapons
and vehicles make Saints Row The Third a blast to play. During the
single-player campaign, you’ll earn respect points for murdering mascots and
vehicle surfing. In turn, you’ll use those respect points to upgrade your
health, unlock new weapons, and recruit more homies. These challenges, coupled
with the game’s non-stop action and hilarious scenarios, makes Saints Row The
Third an incredibly fun diversion from the ever-popular Call of Duty games. As
an added bonus, Saints Row The Third features a load of downloadable content
and a terrific horde mode, er, Whored Mode that pits you
against masses of bums, hoes, and zombies. And Whored Mode is even more fun when
you play with a friend.
