Let's face it. If you were like most people, you threw away your old video game boxes and manuals minutes after you brought them home from Sears or Toys "R" Us. Sadly, as time has passed, it has become harder and harder to find Atari video games with boxes and manuals in the wild. And forget about finding anything good or cheap at your local Goodwill or pawn shop. Scalpers pick them clean while you're at work and anything left over is listed at Amazon or GreedBay prices. That's where the gamingauctions blog and gamingauctions Twitter account come in. We scour eBay for video game deals EVERY DAY. And today we've found some terrific Atari games WITH BOXES going for reasonable prices. Look below for the gaming goodness.

Here’s a Nice Atari Jaguar Game Lot with a Sealed Copy of Syndicate
Loose Atari Jaguar games usually cost a decent amount,
especially worthwhile titles like Doom, Raiden, and Rayman. And
boxed versions usually sell for even more. With that in mind, you’ll probably
want to take a look
at this eBay auction from gooseberrysoda. It’s for three boxed Atari Jaguar
titles: Checkered Flag, Syndicate, and Zool 2. The asking price is $55 plus $5
for shipping, which isn’t that bad. Sure, Checkered Flag and Zool 2 aren’t
anything to write home about. But Syndicate is a
kick-ass action/strategy game; and the copy included in the lot is BRAND
NEW AND SEALED, making this a great deal. After all, a brand new copy of
Syndicate costs $39.95 at B&C
Computervisions and there are copies
on eBay listed at much higher prices.
Jump on this offer before it’s too late. Pick
up this lot of boxed Atari Jaguar video games for $60 right now.

Attack of the Mutant Penguins: An Overlooked Gem for the Atari Jaguar
The Atari
Jaguar had a number of good ports like Doom; NBA Jam: Tournament
Edition; Raiden; and Wolfenstein 3D. However, Atari’s last console was also home
to an original title called Attack
of the Mutant Penguins. It’s a game that tends to get overlooked, probably
because of its stupid title, but it’s actually quite fun. Attack of the Mutant
Penguins looks bright and colorful and the gameplay is a unique
blend of action and strategy. It’s a bit like Lemmings, but instead of pointing
and clicking, you have far more control. Playing as either Bernard or Rodney,
you’ll walk around a world map pulling switches, raiding treasure chests, and blowing
up mutant penguins. It’s certainly bizarre, but it’s also a lot of fun.
Try something different. Buy yourself a copy of the zany and
entertaining Attack of the Mutant Penguins for the Atari Jaguar today.

Find Used Atari Jaguar Consoles and Games on eBay
The Atari
Jaguar video game console was released in late 1993 and it was supposed to
run circles around the Sega Genesis and Super Nintendo. After all, the Jaguar
was a powerful 64-bit console that promised superior graphics, sound, and
gameplay. But Atari didn’t deliver the goods. Titles trickled out slowly after
the Jaguar’s release and a good number of them, like Club Drive and Double Dragon
V, sucked and sucked hard. And for some unknown reason, Atari’s advertising
execs liked to waste money on bizarre ads and cheesy
infomercials. Not surprisingly, the Jaguar died a quick death as it was discontinued
in 1996.
Today, the Jaguar is often panned as one of the worst
consoles of all time. However, hardcore gamers will find that the Atari Jaguar
actually has a number of fun and unique titles that are still worth playing. If
you like first-person shooters, then you’ll definitely want to pick up Alien
vs. Predator, Doom, and Wolfenstein
3D, which looks terrific on the Jag. Raiden, an arcade-style top-down
shooter, delivers lots of satisfying action as does Tempest 2000, a terrific
update of the 1981 arcade hit. Power Drive Rally is
nice-looking top-down racer that’s reminiscent of Nintendo’s RC Pro-AM and Super Burnout is a fun
and entertaining Super Hang-on clone. The Jaguar also had a number of good side-scrolling
action titles, including ports of Flashback, Pitfall: The Mayan Adventure,
and Rayman, which features some of the best visuals seen on the Jag.
Give the Atari Jaguar a try for yourself. Pick up a used
Atari Jaguar console and some used Jaguar video games from eBay today.
