Snag the PlayStation 3 Version of Syndicate for $56.99

EA’s reboot of Syndicate is the latest and greatest PlayStation 3 shooter. Just like the 1993 original, Syndicate places you in a dark, not-so-distant future where corporations rule the world. As EuroCorp agent Miles Kilo, you’ll conduct assassinations and perform surveillance missions for your employer. The game boasts sharp, 1080p graphics, which makes every dark alley confrontation and office building shootout look great. The sound effects are loud and crisp and some top-notch voice acting from Brian Cox and Rosario Dawson help set the mood for the game. While Syndicate looks and sounds good, Kilo’s DART 6 implant is the star of the game. It allows you to slow down time, increase your armor, hack into turrets, and dismember enemies with the push of a button. Of course, you can always do things the old fashioned way and shoot them in the head with your sniper rifle or burn them up with your trusty flamethrower.

As you can see, Syndicate is a sharp-looking, Sci-Fi shooter that’s plenty of fun. It’s one of the better releases for the PS3 and it’s on sale right now for the special sale price of $56.99 – and free shipping is included. But hurry, this deal won’t last long.

Purchase a Refurbished Microsoft Kinect Sensor and Game for $94.99 Shipped

As you can imagine, this allows for a whole new class of fun, interactive games. Take Kinect Sports for instance. If sports aren’t your thing, there are many other Kinect games for you to enjoy. Dance Central 2 is the hit dancing game that lets you and friend dance to tunes from popular artists like Bruno Mars, Daft Punk, and Rihanna. Buy Old School SNES Beat ‘Em Up Games at eBay

The 2D beat ‘em up video game has become almost non-existent. Sure, there are Scott Pilgrim vs. The World and Shank for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles, but that’s about it. Of course you don’t have this problem if you own a SNES, which had quite the selection of side scrolling beat ‘em up games.

Capcom’s trio of Final Fight games were perhaps the most well-known and well-loved brawlers on the SNES. The original Final Fight set the standard with its wide variety of weapons and waves of endless goons. Of course, Final Fight was strictly a one-player affair. The sequels Final Fight 2 and Final Fight 3 featured the same smash-mouth gameplay, but introduced co-operative play, new characters, and new moves.

At first glance, Jaleco’s Rival Turf and Brawl Brothers seem like Final Fight rip-offs, but each game has its own charm and appeal. Brawl Brothers is especially fun. It features five selectable characters, a diverse set of weapons, bizarre enemies, and a few maze-like levels.

Konami’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles IV: Turtles in Time was another SNES classic. It was a near-perfect arcade port with bright, colorful graphics, catchy music, and memorable boss battles. If you’re a fan of the classic TMNT cartoons, then you’ll love this game.

If you prefer human heroes (and androids), then you may like Captain America and The Avengers. It’s a two-player port of the Data East coin-op game that lets you play as the titular Captain America, Hawkeye, Iron Man, or The Vision. The gameplay is your standard enjoyable beat ‘em up fare with some shooting levels thrown in to break up the action.

Konami’s Batman Returns is a surprisingly good movie-based title. It’s a challenging one-player game that features large, detailed characters, cool gadgets, and a wonderful soundtrack that’s based on the film’s score. Batman has plenty of moves and animates nicely while the enemies are a diverse mix of fat men, hobos, and killer clowns. And there’s nothing quite as fun as beating down killer clowns.

Super Double Dragon is an original title that’s available only on the SNES. It pits Billy and Jimmy Lee in a battle against the nefarious Duke and his minions. Super Double Dragon has been slammed by some gamers for its bland graphics, generic-looking levels, and slow pace. However, it’s a rather fun game that ads new features like a guard button and a “Dragon Power” meter to the tried-and-true Double Dragon gameplay.

As you can see, the SNES is home to a number of cool beat ‘em up games. If you love these old-school, button-mashing brawlers, then you’ll be glad to know that you can find them for sale on eBay. In fact, we’ve placed a few links below to help you make your gaming purchases right away.

It is the 2010s and There is Still Time for Klax

If you love Tetris, you’ll love Klax. It was an Atari puzzle game that debuted in arcades way back in 1990. The gameplay in Klax is simple, yet addictive. There’s a conveyer belt that streams colored tiles toward a pit. Your goal is to catch the tiles with a paddle and arrange them in Klaxs, which are rows of three or more tiles of the same color. When you form a Klax, the tiles disappear. If you fail to catch the tiles with the paddle or let the bin fill up, the game is over. The difficulty speeds up quickly after a few waves by increasing the speed of the conveyor belt and the number of tiles on screen. This increased difficulty makes Klax even more challenging and fun.

If you’d like to experience Klax for yourself, you can purchase a used copy of the game off eBay. It was released for a number of consoles and computers, including the Amiga, NES, Sega Genesis, and TurboGrafx-16. If you own an old computer or video game system, you owe it to yourself to pick up a used copy of this classic puzzle game.

Bid on one of these used copies of Klax today!

Get Ghost Recon: Shadow Wars for the Nintendo 3DS for Some Fun, Turn-Based Gameplay

If you like turn-based strategy games like Advance Wars and Military Madness, then you’ll enjoy Ghost Recon: Shadow Wars for the Nintendo 3DS. Unlike the other games in the Ghost Recon series, Shadow Wars is a turn-based affair that’s chock full of challenging battles, cool graphics, and multiplayer gameplay.

Classes play a big part in the game. Each of your Ghosts, which include an assassin; engineer; heavy machine gunner; medic; rifleman; and sniper, has special abilities. Some missions will limit your selection of soldiers, forcing you to choose the right Ghosts for the job.

There are 37 missions in Shadow Wars’ story mode in addition to the 20 challenge levels that you’ll be able to unlock over the course of the game. The game starts out simple, but ramps up in difficulty over time. However, you’ll be able to upgrade your squad’s armor and weapons after each mission, which will help you level the playing field.

A terrific-looking handheld title, Shadow Wars has lots of character and depth. The 3D effect makes each of the maps come to life while each of the characters looks distinct and has their own personality. The on-screen commands appear as large buttons, making them easy to read. The sound is also top-notch with professional voice acting, authentic-sounding gunfire effects, and loud explosives.

As you can see, Ghost Recon: Shadow Wars has a lot going for it. It’s challenging, looks good, and offers hours and hours of turn-based gameplay. Since the PS2 Linux Kit is relatively rare, it should be no surprise that it’s going for a hefty GBP 400 or 632 USD.
